Thank you for shopping with Loki & Paws. We hope you and your pet love our products. However, if you are not entirely satisfied, please read our refund and return policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that the item is:

• Unused and in its original packaging;

• Free from pet hair, odor, or damage;

• Returned with proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at lokiandpawsofficial@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Items that have been used or damaged by pets;

• Sale or clearance items;

• Personalised or custom-made products;

• Perishable pet treats or food.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
