Shipping

We currently deliver within the UK only. Enjoy free standard delivery on all orders over Β£35. Orders are usually dispatched within 2–4 working days and arrive in 5–7 working days. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

What is the return policy?

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is unused and remains in its original condition. Please contact us within this period to initiate the return process. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days.

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If an item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrectly delivered, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and issue a full refund.

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

β€’ Perishable goods
β€’ Sealed hygiene-related items that have been opened
β€’ Any item that is returned damaged, soiled, or otherwise not in a resalable condition
